Pastor Tony Lupton serves as Lead Pastor at New Start Community in Manning. He has served in both SC and Georgia. He has served as Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor. He also has served on SC District NDI council and was just appointed as NDI Chairman for the 2021-2022 church year. Pastor Tony has a passion for Discipleship and Outreach.
